Accessibility statement
M365.FM (Mirko Peters) wants everyone to be able to use this website. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
Current status
This website is partially accessible. In October 2026 we checked the main page types (home page, language pages, episode pages, profile page, community page, recommended list) with automated tests (axe-core, light and dark mode) and fixed the issues found. Automated tests cannot find every barrier; a full manual test with screen readers is still pending.
What we have done
- Sufficient colour contrast in light and dark mode
- Clear page structure with headings, landmarks and a “skip to content” link
- Keyboard operation for menus, language switch, checklists, comments and settings
- Text alternatives for images and flags; the language of every page is declared
- Accessibility settings on every page (text size, high contrast, dark mode, easy-to-read font, text spacing, underlined links, reduced motion)
- Transcripts for the episodes and a text version of each article
Known limitations
- Articles, summaries and audio versions in other languages are produced with the help of AI (dubbing and machine translation). They can contain errors or be hard to understand in places.
- Embedded third-party content (YouTube videos, Spreaker player) is not under our control; their accessibility depends on the providers.
- Some infographics are interactive; their content is real text in lists, so it can also be read without the interactive features.
- Translations of the interface into some languages have not yet been reviewed by native speakers.
Report a barrier
If you find a barrier or need content in a different format, please email mirko.peters@m365.fm. Describe the page and the problem; we will answer as soon as possible and fix what we can.
