Emma-Claire Shaw

I am a creative leader and enthusiastic problem solver with a focus on leveraging Microsoft technology to drive business change. Passionate about cloud-enabled transformation, I specialize in leading M365 and AI adoption and enablement, with a particular focus on the Power Platform. I spent five years working in this space in UK government, developing early citizen dev frameworks and then working outwards to influence other government departments and building communities xgov. I now work as a consultant at Capgemini helping to bring more orgs on board in a structured way. I am also a Biz Apps MVP and regular international community speaker on Power Platform governance and enablement.
